Harvey, what the fuck happened? I liked your comics back in the day, even the later corporate compilations. You used to combine your misanthropy and self-loathing with keen insights into human nature (way anticipating, say, Larry David). So for the flick, you think substituting some flash-to-the-comic-panel technique will make up for that? Guess what, it doesn't, your flick sucks, and you suck too!
(By the way, School of Rock, if you weren't mildly entertaining on your own merits, I'd visit the sins of your hype machine on you. Kiss the ass of your talented songwriters.)

Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King
No, I didn't see it - I didn't have to. Fantasy?! Goblins?! Spare me. Though I'm happy that this piece of crap won so many Oscars: fewer bad films that I might otherwise be tempted to watch.
